8 slices white bread 1 cm thick
200 g spicy cheese (Camembert, Brie or blue cheese mold)
1 / 2 cup cream, fat 33%
1 small red apple
handful of walnuts
big bunch of parsley
olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
Parsley and chopped walnuts, place in a blender or combine, grind. Continuing to stir, pour 3 tbsp. l. oil to obtain a homogeneous mass. Season with salt and pepper.
Whip the cream cheese (Camembert and Brie have previously cut the crust). Apple cleared from the core and cut into thin slices.
Lubricate one side of all pieces of bread with oil. The second side of the 4 pieces of cheese to smear the mass, put on top of sliced apples. The second side of the remaining pieces to smear peanut mass. Close sandwiches. Preheat skillet over medium heat, fry sandwiches on both sides until golden brown (cheese should melt).
