Chicken soup

Products for chicken soup on - in French: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1 pod of green pepper, 1 pod red pepper 2 medium zucchini, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 200 ml of fresh tomato juice with pulp, 1 liter chicken broth, 200 g taleteller (noodles), 0,5 kg chicken breast, ¼ teaspoon salt, ground black pepper. 

To prepare chicken soup for - French Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and bring it onion, chopped, until soft. Add the onions, garlic, cut into thin slices, and cook for 1 minute. Add to pot the red and green pepper, cut into cubes, cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the zucchini in the pan, cut slices and oregano, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes, until zucchini are tender. Pour into pan tomato juice with pulp and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Put in a pan chicken, cut into cubes and noodles. Soup cover and simmer for 5 - 8 minutes. Soup salt, pepper. 

To the table chicken soup Serve with crackers, bread sticks or crackers.
