Rice and millet

Ingredients: 1 cup rice, 1 cup of millet, 2.5 cups of milk, 2.5 cups of water, 100 g butter, 5 tablespoons sugar, and salt. 

Prepare: rice and millet good wash. Milk mixed with water; bring to a boil in a saucepan. Then pour hot milk into the pot, Stir grits, salt, add sugar and chopped pieces of butter. 

Pot tightly closes the lid and place in a moderately heated oven. Cook porridge for 2 - 3 hours on very low heat. 

After this time, remove the pot from the oven, wrapped in a warm towel and put the amount at 20 - 30 minutes.
