Roast leg of lamb

Ingredients:
.2 kg Leg of mutton 
 .1,5 kg potatoes 
 .150 g butter 
 .3 tbsp olive oil 
 .4 tsp chopped garlic 
 .6 sprigs thyme 
 .4 sprigs rosemary 
 .3 cloves garlic 
 .black pepper 
 .salt 
 .Preparation: 
 .In the pulp to make cuts of ham, lard them with 
 .chopped garlic, spread with olive oil. 
 .Grind herbs rolled in their meat, then wrap in foil 
 .and put into the refrigerator for 6-12 hours for 
 .marinating. Hire a foot from the refrigerator an hour before baking. 
 .Cut the potato slices, put into a form, greased, pepper and salt, sprinkle with minced 
 .garlic, put the butter, cut into pieces the same way to put two more layers of 
 .potatoes. Bake potatoes for 10 minutes at a temperature of 240 degrees. 
 .Lay on the grill leg of lamb. Grill must be installed over the form of potatoes so that 
 .the juice from the meat dripped on potatoes. Bake until cooked meat for an hour.
