Apples and cream

Ingredients: 1 kg of apples, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 300 ml heavy cream or sour cream, 100 g sugar, 100 grams of nuts. 

Preparation: To prepare the apples with cream apples, peeled and cored, cut in half and boil in water acidulated with lemon juice until ready. Boil for dessert and a few whole apples. Whip cream for desserts or sour cream with sugar. For dessert the chopped nuts. Chilled apples turn them in vases (down - halves, top unit). Apples fill with whipped cream or sour cream. Sprinkle top of dessert with nuts and serve.
