The soup of spinach

Products for : 0,5 kg of fresh spinach 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons softened butter, 0.5 cups of sour milk, 1.5 liters of water, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, pepper, salt. 

To prepare the soup with spinach, fresh spinach Go through, good rinse under running water, dried and finely chop. Combine spinach with softened butter, cover with cold water and cook on low heat until tender, adding salt. Raw eggs to beat the soup with sour milk and slowly enter into the soup, stirring constantly whisk. 

When serving soup to the table, add black pepper and fresh herbs.
