Turkey salad with apples

Ingredients: 100 g boiled or roasted turkey meat, 2 potatoes, 1 - 3 tomatoes, 1 celery root, 2 eggs, 2 apples, 2 tablespoons lemon or apple juice, a few leaves of lettuce, 100 ml mayonnaise, pepper, salt.
