Squash on - in Italian

Products for pubs to Italian: 30 g butter, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 500 g zucchini, 425 g canned tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon sliced basil, olives and salt. 

To prepare the squash on - Italian Melt butter for 30 seconds at full power. Add the butter chopped onion and garlic and cook for 3 - 4 minutes at full power.

Stir; add the zucchini, tomatoes, tomato paste and basil. Cover the dish with a lid and cook for 5 - 7 minutes at full power, until zucchini is tender.

Garnish the finished dish with olives and serve.
