Sushi

I love sushi and rolls, but never made them myself. Usually we order them or buy at the store. Once we were treated to our friends, they are often very tasty they were prepared - did not differ from the purchase or perhaps even better and tastier. According to their recipe and recommendations: 
4 sheets nori (20 to 14 cm) 
200 gr. Special rice for sushi 
salmon, trout or salmon 
cucumber 
avocado 
wasabi 
pickled ginger 
soy 

impregnation: 
2 tablespoons rice vinegar 
2 tsp sugar 
2 tsp salt 


To prepare the rolls, you will also need a special pad - Macy's and a very sharp thin knife. 

Rinse rice in cold water several times. Pour water in the ratio 1: 1,5 (more water). Put on heat and bring to a boil, then turn down to minimum to figure languished and cook 10-12 minutes. Turn off and leave it for another 10 minutes under the closed lid. Meanwhile, mix the rice (wine) vinegar sugar and salt and high heat until the sugar dissolves. Put the rice in a flat dish and pour the mixture, now neatly wooden spatula flip the rice a few times, but not mix it like porridge. Give a little cool, so you can handle. 

The flesh of salmon and avocado (Cucumber) Cut thin long strips (cubes). Put a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat Skra, put a handful of rice, pre-moistened hands with cold water. Smooth out the rice evenly, leaving a margin of 1 cm and moisten the rice with wasabi in the middle with your finger (a little wasabi, because it is very hot). Now, on this strip lay out the fish and cucumber or avocado. Now, with Macy's roll roll and glue it to moisten the edge of the water. Each time mokaya knife in cold water, cut roll into 6 parts. Serve with pickled ginger and soy sauce. 

You can also wrap the rice in a thinly sliced red fish slices, dip them in sesame seeds, decorate with red and black caviar, cucumber and avocado replaced by other ekzoticheskimi fillers and so on. It all depends on your imagination, opportunities and desires. Have a nice evening!
