Focaccia with cheese, sun dried tomatoes and chicken breast

Tell about how tasty this Italian bread, it would be superfluous. I can only say that it is much better than any pizza, which is the granddaughter of focaccia.
400 gr. flour
220 ml warm water
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp dry yeast
pinch of salt, sugar
herb

For the filling need 200-300 grams. hard cheese (you can set the different cheeses), 150-200 gr. smoked chicken breast, sundried tomatoes 5-6.

Yeast should be dissolved in warm water, add back oil, salt, sugar and knead the flour. The dough will turn watery, may stick to the hands. Leave it for some time - let the suits.

Meanwhile, slice the cheese into cubes, chicken and tomatoes in small chunks. Mix with the dough, gently "inspiring" stuffing in the dough. Divide the received weight at 2 and made a cake - a flat bread. Bake in hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve as an independent you can dish, can be a glass of good red wine or a beer.
