I do not know anyone, but my friends and family (and me) 'crisis' badly adjusted to life and habits. Feeding too ... After a couple of trips to the supermarket to buy already become a usual and customary list of products, it became clear - no money in the middle of the month! 

It became clear what changes are made to the menu of my collaborators that advised mistresses. I probably pushed back at once such "extreme" advice, as a salad of vermicelli "Mivina" and spreading sandwiches grated sausage... 

Let's be realistic! On the one hand: it is the revival of offal. Light, stewed with onions and garlic sauce from the kidneys, soups made from chicken gizzards sound terrible to the ear than to the taste. Liver cake - "festive" meal of Soviet times - again reminded him. It turned out he forgot undeserved. It's delicious; it is useful, not very expensive! Different vegetable stew help "dissolve" a small amount of meat in the useful vegetables. 

There are many mistresses to compare prices and calculated that seafood is cheaper meat. Paella rice with vegetables and seafood, salads, cucumbers, apples, celery and seafood sauce and shrimp with tomato juice to the noodles did not to disgrace you as a mistress. Plus, seafood - they are quickly prepared. Negative - not everyone loves mussels and scallops... 

Fish. Simply fried in batter eaten very quickly. And is not cooled down to taste. Besides, not everyone can patiently unbone - my daughter prefers to abandon (well, except for her one of the adults poybiraet bones). But my aunt buys river fish (it is cheaper sea) and puts it out large chunks, shifting layers of onion, grated carrots and zucchini. Then the taste you can add tomato juice. The bones soften and become throats. 

I also remembered their holidays at my grandmother in the village. Meat in the village hardly eats. Dishes to prepare simple, nutritious. How long have you enjoyed the potatoes in their skins, dipping it in Salted sunflower butter and bridou feathers onions? In winter we had very popular mashed boiled beans, flavored with roasted onions. We ate it just the bread. 

Or cooked "soup". This is a porridge made of corn flour finely ground, cooked simply in salted water. While it is soft, it can be eaten with warm milk and sugar can be sprinkled with cheese and sour cream can be poured its sauce made of small pieces of fatty meat, chopped onion and flour. When "Kulesza" cooled and hardened, then it could cut plates. Such a plate of porridge can chop up a meatless soup, is their bean puree and fry an egg, or just smear jam on them and eat instead of dinner. By the way, "Kulesza" - the perfect "morning" dish! Like oatmeal, she "holds" you without hunger pangs until dinner! 

In addition to beans and maize in the village grew beans and green beans. This gourmet frozen or canned. In winter, it was happy to pull from the freezer bag of frozen cooked beans in a frying pan (or sunflower oil, or fried pork), and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and crushed in dish chesnokodavkoy zubochek garlic! An excellent dinner without meat and bread! 

Put out my mom and cabbage: chop and pan onions there. Then he could and tomato paste. And no, or not. But I did not love this cabbage ... And now her brother does not eat, sullenly picking fork ... froze my mother and cauliflower. Again in the winter of her soup cooked with carrots and green peas (as a family we have called "naked"), or roasted in the batter. And these "curly" head slightly sweet cabbage in the egg, I adored! 

When spring really shines in the window and vitamin deficiency is beginning to become clear, remember the black radish. Beautiful salad: grated radish and apple, they curd, feathers onions and sour cream. Sour cream removes bitterness radish, a salad can be smeared on the bread. 

Vinaigrette is a sweet soul! There are a couple of salads that can be smeared on the bread: from boiled carrots and hard cheese, threadbare in shallow grater, with mayonnaise, and of processed cheese and eggs passed through rotary grater, garlic and mayonnaise. 

If we are talking about sandwiches (we pack the children in school), then the sausage, I too almost did not buy it. A piece of meat with bacon fat with garlic, slices of carrot and bay leaf and baked in gusyatnitse under the lid (so it juicier). Wonderful for sandwiches!
