Mushrooms in beer batter

Products for mushrooms in beer batter: 2 eggs, 100 grams flour, 100 g cheese, 250 ml beer, 500 grams mushrooms, frying oil, 150 g lettuce, 300 g cheese, 150 grams cherry tomatoes, 3 tablespoons olive oil and spices.

To prepare the mushrooms in beer batter egg yolks separate from whites. Obdelno Beat whites and yolks. Mix the yolks with the whites and whisk again. Add the vegetable oil. Dissolve flour beer, stir. Grate cheese, add the flour and beer. Add the cooked mixture into the egg mass, salt and stir. Cooked mushrooms dipped in batter and fry in deep fat.
