Peaches baked with chocolate and ginger

Ingredients: 
6 peaches 
6 pcs. Cookies 
100 g dark chocolate 
1,5 cm of fresh ginger root 
1 fresh egg yolk 
2 tbsp. l. dessert wine 
150 ml apricot or peach juice 
50 g melted butter 
Preparation: 
Wash the peaches, cut in half, remove seeds. 
Grind cookies into crumbs. Chocolate and ginger grate. Mix the biscuits with chocolate, ginger, egg yolk and wine. 
Peaches put in the form of cut-up. Top with the mixture, pour the melted butter. Pour in the form of juice and place in preheated to 160 ° C oven for 20 minutes. Put peaches on a platter, pour the juice from the form. Serve warm.
