Beef with Pickles

Beef with Pickles 

Products: 

Beef fillet - 500 g, 
Oil - 1 tbsp. spoon 
onions - 2 heads 
Pickles - 3-4 pc.; 
napiform or green onions for garnish, 
black pepper 
garlic and salt - to taste. 
Instructions: 

Fillet (tenderloin) cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, fry in butter with chopped onions. Adding black pepper, crushed garlic, 1 / 4 cup boiling water, put out 10 minutes, then put pickles (sliced into small pieces) and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Serve with chopped raw onions (bulb and green).
