Herring salad with apples 

Ingredients: 
500 ml canned herring without liquid 
120 ml vegetable oil 
pepper 
175 g of cold, boiled, diced potatoes 
4 peeled and diced apples 
1 sliced hard-boiled egg 
50 g chopped pickle 
4 Art. l. chopped onion 
2 tbsp. l. vinegar 
To decorate: 
lettuce, washed and dried 
3.4 sliced olives 
Preparation: 
Thoroughly wash the herring in cold water. Drain the fish with paper towels. Cut the fillets in small pieces and place in bowl. 
Mix half the vegetable oil and a pinch of black pepper. Pour the seasoned butter and herring is a good mix. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. pickled.
