Beef with bamboo shoots

For the recipe you need: 
- Beef - 400g 
- Spring onions - 2 pcs. 
- Sweet pepper - 2 pcs. 
- Bamboo shoots (canned) - 1 small jar 
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp 
- Garlic - 1 clove 
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon 
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp 
- Salt - 1 / 2 tsp 
- Cayenne pepper - 1 / 2 tsp 
- Chicken broth - 1 / 2 cup 
- Coriander - 2 tsp 
 
Meat slices into fine strips. Onion crumble. Sweet pepper julienne slices. Bamboo shoots Throw in a colander, let drain and finely slices.
