Beef stew with olives 

Products: 

0,5 kg of beef 
4 st.l vegetable oil 
2 onions, 
olives - 100 g 
1 clove garlic, 
dry white wine - 200 ml 
tomato paste - 1st.l, 
salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaves. 
Instructions: 

Wash the meat, cut into small pieces and fry in butter with finely chopped onions, add water and boil for some time until half ready. Then, add the wine, crushed garlic, tomato paste, salt and spices and simmer until done over medium heat with the lid. Before serving, add olives to the table and give the brew for 10 minutes.
