BEEF Roasted Flemish

BEEF Roasted Flemish 

Products: 

8 steaks to 125 g 
150 g onion 
80 g of lard, 
1 tsp salt 
1 / 2 tsp ground pepper 
0,5 l of beer 
bunch of greens, 

0,4 l brown sauce. 

Instructions: 


Fried in a pan, place the steaks in a pan with thick bottom layer of sliced and lightly fried in fat onion, cover top of another layer of onions, all the salt and sprinkle with pepper and pour beer. Pull down a bunch of greens in a pot and add brown sauce. Close the lid and place for 2 hours in the oven with average heat. Preparedness remove fat from the sauce and serve.
