Fish with mayonnaise

Ingredients:

1 kg of fresh fish, 1 carrot, 3-5 onions, 1 parsley root, salt, pepper, 1 can (250 g) of mayonnaise, parsley, dill.

Instructions: First method. 
The fish are cleaned, cut into pieces, roll in flour mixed with salt, fry in vegetable oil, put in a bowl, interlay onion rings, salt and pepper, cover with mayonnaise, and bake for 20-30 minutes in oven. Serve cold with garnish parsley. 

Second method. 
The fish boil in a little water with the addition of roots - carrots, parsley, onions and spices - black pepper and sweet peas, bay leaf, salt, then cool. The pieces of fish put on a dish, cover with mayonnaise, garnish with boiled in salted water for vegetables - green peas, carrot stars, bunches of cauliflower, dill or parsley.
