Boiled Beef Tripe

Ingredients:

500 g scar, 3-4 cloves garlic, 3-4 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 parsley root, 1 carrot, pepper, salt

Instructions:

Tripe mop up, wash, soak in cold water with carrots and parsley 3-4 hours, cooled, sprinkle with one side crushed garlic, pepper, herbs, tightly roll rolls, bandage and dovarit in the same broth. 
Cut into slices and serve with boiled vegetables and decorate with greenery.
