Chicken salad with vegetables 

Ingredients: 
2 pcs. chicken fillet 
1 clove garlic 
1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar 
4 Art. l. vegetable oil 
150 g of white cabbage 
1 carrot 
1.2 pickled cucumbers 
1 clove onion 
1 tsp. sugar 
1 / 2 tsp. salt 
Preparation: 
Chicken fillet slice. 
For marinade, finely chop the garlic, mix with ginger, vinegar, 2 tablespoons of butter, sugar and salt. 
Fill the prepared fillets and let marinade for 1 hour, then fry in remaining oil. 
Cabbage, carrots and cucumbers cut into strips, onions - rings. 
Before serving in the salad bowl Place the vegetables in layers in the following order: cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, onions. Arrange fillets on top. 
Place a lettuce greens.
