"Hares" from eggs

Ingredients: 3 eggs 
1 slice of boiled carrots 
1 tablespoon sour cream 
1 / 2 teaspoon of tomato puree, 
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
salt, sugar. 

 Instructions:

Hard-boiled eggs must be cleaned from the shell, cut off their ends (thick). Carefully remove the yolks, rub them through a sieve, add the sour cream, lemon juice, tomato puree, salt, sugar and fill with a mixture of all these proteins. Put them on a plate place the filling down into the top of the eggs to stick with carrot ears, the eyes make small round pieces of bread crust, mouth and tail - from carrots. Arrange the "bunnies" in a circular plate on chopped lettuce leaves or other greens.
