Soup with onions and garlic

Products for: 400 ml beef broth, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 parsley root, 1 celery root, 2 slices of rye bread, nutmeg, herbs, salt and pepper.

Preparation: To prepare the soup with onions and garlic, chopped onion, garlic, spices, grated nutmeg, pour in broth and cook for 8 minutes with 100% capacity.

Ready soup served with toasted slices of bread, sprinkled with herbs.
