Boiled Corned beef UNDER horseradish sauce

Ingredients: 
At 500 g of beef - 800 g potatoes, 1 pc. carrots, 1 onions, 1 parsley, 2 tbsp. tablespoons butter. 
Preparation: 
Solonin soak and a whole piece to put in a saucepan, cover with cold water. When the water boils, remove the skimmer foam, add the spices, onions and cook for 2-3 hours at low boil. Cooked corned beef removed, cut into small slices, put on a dish and pour sauce with horseradish. 
Garnish - potato and pea puree or boiled potatoes.
