Chicken salad with mandarin oranges

Products for : 500 g chicken breast (cooked and cut into slices) 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon salt 2 / 3 cup orange juice, 1 egg, 1.5 cup chopped stalks celery, ¾ cup roasted and chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons sliced green onions, 1 cup tangerine slices of stewed fruit. 

Preparation : To prepare the chicken salad with mandarin oranges in a saucepan, mix sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add milk and beaten egg. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil, but do not boil (before thickening). Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate. 

Connect to chicken salad, celery, nuts, and onions. Pour salad dressing and toss cooled. Add the tangerine salad. Salad covers and put in 2 hours in refrigerator.
