Gooseberry jam with oranges

Products for : 1 kg gooseberries, 1 orange, 1 kg sugar. 

Preparation : To make gooseberry jam with orange berries, wash. Orange to clear the jam, divides into segments. All ingredients are mincing and pour sugar in 3 hours. After 3:00 boil the jam over low heat for 7 minutes, remove the jam, chill. Leave the jam for 4 hours. After this time, cook the jam once again until cooked. Ready spread jam in sterilized jars, close the jars of jam kapron lids. Store jam in a cool place.
