Sand cake with raspberry jam

Required: 

250 g flour 
150 g butter, 
100 g sugar 
zest of 1 / 2 lemon 
2 egg yolks, 
1 vanilla powder, 
300 g raspberry jam 
100 grams of powdered sugar. 


Preparation:
