Salmon with Pineapple

Products for salmon with pineapple: 200 g long-grain rice 2 cloves garlic, 1 pod of hot pepper, 500 g tuber of celery, 4 bunches green onions, 400 g of pineapple pulp, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, pepper, 100 ml vegetable stock, 100 ml white wine 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, 600 g salmon fillet. 

To prepare the salmon cook rice, chop the garlic. Pepper Pod for salmon chop thin rings. Cut for salmon celery, green onions and pineapple. Lightly fry vegetables and pineapple in vegetable oil.
