Pears in Pastry

Products for pears in pastry: 500 g frozen puff pastry, 8 small pears, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 egg, 2 cups of milk, 100 grams of marzipan mass, 1 teaspoon vanilla, marzipan for the masses - 0,5 kg peeled almonds, 300 g of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon water.
