Spectial chicken salad with avocado


Products for: 400 g of white chicken meat, 1 avocado, juice of ¼ lemon, 1 tablespoon white wine 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon walnut oil, the pulp of 1 orange, black pepper, salt.
Preparation: To prepare the chicken salad with avocado chicken broth and refrigerate. Avocado salad cut into thin circles, sprinkles with lemon juice and arrange nicely on a platter. Chicken salad cut into cubes and lay long on top of the avocado. Lay slices of orange on top of chicken.
To prepare the sauce, combine wine, vinegar, and walnut oil, salt. Pour cooked sauce, lettuce, pepper and serve
