Special recipe for the ducks - Grill


Products for: 2 duck legs, 50 g butter, 2 tablespoons honey, salt, chili powder, 1 radish, lettuce, green onions for decoration.
To prepare the duck - grilled duck skin in several places pierce with a fork. Duck feet on all sides rub with butter. Prepared duck legs lay out on the grill grate, place the pan under it for draining fat. Roast duck legs in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 60 minutes.
Preparation: To prepare the sauce, the fat from the pan, mix with honey, salt and pepper crushed red pepper to taste. Now spread a mixture of cooked duck legs on all sides and place on grill for another 10 - 15 minutes.
Wash vegetables, radish, finely cut, arrange lettuce leaves on a plate.
Before serving the duck legs lay out on lettuce leaves, garnish with radishes and green onions.
