Chicken Breast Wrapped In Bacon


Products for: 200 g frozen spinach, 4 chicken breast, 1 pod red chili, 100 g mushrooms, 50 g feta cheese, 8 slices of bacon, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of brandy, 150 ml of chicken broth, 50 ml of cream.
Preparation: To prepare the chicken breast wrapped in bacon spinach, no defrosting, blanch in salted water for 2 minutes and flip in a colander. Fillet chicken breasts wash, blot with a tissue and make each cut in the form of pocket. Fillets with salt and pepper inside and out. Pod chili chopped. Mushrooms and cheese cut into small cubes. Mushrooms, peppers and cheese combine with spinach and stir. Prepared mixture fill pockets, wrap each fillet with a slice of bacon, and kill with a toothpick.
In vegetable oil fry the breasts on all sides. Remove the breasts from the pan, put in a warm place, covered with foil. In fat, the remainder of the roast breast, add the brandy, broth and cream and bring to a boil, add salt and pepper.
Serve cooked breasts lay on plates, pour sauce. As a garnish to breast feed boiled rice.
