Holiday charlotte- Holiday pie recipe for New Year’s and Christmas table 2011


Products for the festive Charlotte: for test - 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar 5 tablespoons flour, 3 apples, 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, coconut shavings, for glaze - 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons milk, 50 g butter.
Preparation: To prepare the festive charlotte cook the dough. To this end, separate the whites from the yolks and whisk the sugar into thick foam. Add the egg yolks, flour, and baking powder and knead the dough for Charlotte. Apples are clean, cut into cubes and add to the dough. Put the dough in a greased form and place in preheated 180 degrees oven. Bake the charlotte for 30 - 40 minutes.
To prepare the glaze combine sugar and cocoa. Melt the butter in a water bath, pour the milk, sugar and cocoa and with constant stirring to a boil. Cooked frosting shower charlotte, sprinkle with coconut.
