Special recipe for Christmas cake


Products for cherry cake: 6 eggs, 150 g butter 100 g sugar, 75 g almonds, vanilla and 4 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons of starch, baking soda on the tip of a knife, for the filling - 400 g sour cream, 750 g cherry syrup from cherry jam.
Preparation: To prepare the cherry pie in the melted butter Put sugar, eggs, grated almonds, vanilla, cocoa, flour, starch, baking soda. Mix all ingredients and knead dough. The dough is obtained with liquid, as in fritters. Dough fills out the form with a hole in the middle. Bake the cake in a moderately hot oven for 30 - 40 minutes. Put the cake on a plate and cool. Cut into 3 circles. The lower layer saturates the syrup from cherry jam, smear whipped cream with sugar, and place a layer of cherries, pitted. Cover the bottom layer of the second round, saturate the syrup, oil and sour cream put the cherry on top of sour cream. Top with the third round, decorate the entire cake with sour cream, top with cherries with pits, garnish with grated chocolate.
