Cakes made from potatoes

Ingredients:  500 g potatoes, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 egg, salt, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, milk, 100 ml of sour cream.
 Preparation: To prepare the cakes made from potatoes peeled raw potato grate on fine grater and give lie to appear juice. Drain potato juice, add a little milk or cream, salt, add egg, flour and mix well. Bake the cakes of potatoes on the hot pan in vegetable oil.
To the table cakes made from  potatoes Serve with sour cream.
