Avocado salad with pine nuts


Products for: 2 avocados, peeled 50 g pine nuts, 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, 200 g lettuce, 100 g cheese, 1 egg, juice ¼ lemon, black pepper, salt.
Preparation: To prepare the salad of avocado and pine nuts avocados, cut in half, remove the pulp with a spoon, sprinkle with lemon juice and crush with a fork.
