Blueberry soup with dumplings recipe

Blue berry to omit the sugar in boiling water and cook until partially berries. Pour the starch; dilute a small amount of cold water, boil and cool.
Flour mix with milk or cream, whipped egg, salt, sugar. Tsp separated from the dough dumpling, and delete in boiling salted water. Ready bilberry dumplings filled with broth.

400 g fresh blueberries, 6 cups water, 3 tablespoons. Spoons of sugar, 0.5 st. spoons starch. For klutzes: 0.75 cups of milk or fluid cream, 1 egg, 1.5 cups flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt.
