Cabbage soup with fresh lamb meat

Ingredients: 600 g lamb, 500 g fresh cabbage, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoons sour cream, parsley, dill, and salt. 
Preparation: To prepare the soup with fresh lamb meat cover with cold water and boil, removing scum. When the meat is almost done, add the broth shredded cabbage, cut into cubes of potatoes, carrots, onions and cook until the vegetables are full. 

When serving soup to the table, add finely chopped herbs and sour cream.
