Apricot Pie

Ingredients: for the dough - 2 cups of flour, 30 g yeast, 1 cup milk, 80 g butter, 1 egg, pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar for the filling - 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 1 kg of apricots 2 tablespoons of starch, juice and 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons chopped almonds.
