creamy soup

Ingredients: 250 g green asparagus, 1 pod sladkoko pepper, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon curry, 1 teaspoon of flour, 600 ml of broth, 400 ml cream 30% fat, coriander.
Prepare: the creamy asparagus soup boil in salted water and drain. Sweet pepper cut into cubes for soup. Onions and garlic chopped and turned up in oil, add curry and flour. Fry, pour in broth and cream, and cook the soup for 5 minutes. Soup salt and pepper. 

Add the asparagus soup, red pepper and bring soup to a boil. 

When applying to the table ready sprinkle coriander soup.
