Beef with mushrooms

Ingredients : 500 g beef, 600 grams mushrooms, 2 onions, 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 tablespoons grated cheese, 2 tablespoons sour cream, broth, oregano, basil, paprika, black pepper, salt.
