Vegetables with honey glaze

Ingredients:
  1. 4 medium beets
  2. 4 medium-sized turnip
  3. 6 medium carrots
  4. 40 g butter
  5. 4 Art. l. honey
Preparation:
  • Cut vegetables rectangular small bars of 5 cm with a small sharp knife blade carefully cut the corners that turned out "kegs". Prepared vegetables lower in the water.
  • Boil the vegetables separately (water should just cover them in a pot), adding a third vessel in each of butter and honey, season with salt.
  • Boil, stirring the liquid in one direction. Cook over high heat until the liquid evaporates and vegetables are tender and will be covered with icing. Lay on a heated serving platter and serve.
