Chicken salad

Ingredients:
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 300 g carrots
  • 2 heads onion
  • 200 g pickled cucumbers
  • 100 g apples sweet
  • 200 g pulp of boiled chicken
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g mayonnaise
Preparation:
  • Potatoes, carrots and boil eggs, cool, clean and finely chop. Peeled and seed cucumbers and apples, the pulp chicken, onion and finely chop. All mix.
  • Add peas, salt and pepper to taste, mix mayonnaise and tuck.
