Strawberry liqueur

Ingredients: 

400 g strawberries

1 tsp. brown sugar or Demerara River muskovado 

4 Art. l. orange liqueur

small bunch mint (leaves only)

 

Preparation: 
Rinse strawberries, dry out in a colander, remove the stalk, cut fruit cups. 
Sprinkle berries with sugar, pour the liqueur, mix gently and put on glasses or outlet, put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Serve, garnish with mint.
