SCHNITZEL MEAT CUTTING ON AFRICAN

Ingredients: 
- Pulp 450 g beef, 
- Eggs 2 pcs., 
- Figure 100 g 
- Sauce "Southern" 40 g or 20 g of soy, 
- Onions 100 g 
- 12 g garlic, 
- Citric acid 2 g, 
- Animal fat, 40 g, 
- Tomato sauce with sour cream 300 g, 
- Green 20 g, 
- Wheat flour 40 g, 
- Pepper powder, salt to taste. 
Preparation:
Meat passed through a meat grinder, add the boiled rice, finely chopped and spasserovanny onions, raw eggs, sauce "South", diluted citric acid, salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and some greens. 
Massu mixed thoroughly, to cut to the schnitzel (for 2 pcs. Per serving), zapanirovat in flour and fry in fat with the two sides. 
When serving, pour over tomato sauce with sour cream and sprinkle with remaining chopped herbs.
