Ingredients:
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger root
250 ml coconut milk
1 liter of vegetable broth
1 tbsp. l. oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
few drops of Tabasco sauce
0.25 tsp. allspice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4.5 feathers green onions
0.5 tsp. paprika
Preparation:
Onions, garlic and ginger to clean, cut into small pieces and fry in hot oil until soft, 6-7 minutes. Pour the broth, add the allspice, soy sauce and Tabasco sauce, bring to a boil, cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the coconut milk and stir well. Remove soup from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Portions, pour in blender and whip until smooth. Green onions, wash and finely chop. Pour soup plates, sprinkle with green onions and paprika.
