Strawberry cake with cream

Required: 
6 eggs 
4 egg yolks, 
1 cup powdered sugar, 
1 cup flour 
1-2 tbsp. tablespoons butter 
1/3-1/2 cup cream 
strawberries, 
sugar for greasing cake and decorations. 

For the filling: 
1 cup whipped cream 
1-2 tbsp. tablespoons sugar 
1 / 2 cup strawberries for wiping, 
2 / 3 cup of whole strawberries, 
2 tbsp. tablespoons liqueur or brandy. 


Preparation: 
Cook the cream from whole eggs, yolks and sugar for a couple, stirring constantly. Add flour, melted butter, knead the dough, lay in an oiled, bake until done and cool. Cut horizontally in half, lay on the bottom of the filling, cover with other half, grease the top with whipped cream and decorate with sugar dipped strawberries. 

For filling, whip cream with sugar in a thick froth, mix with the wiped through a sieve and sliced strawberries and sprinkle with brandy or rum.
