Stephanie Cake

Required: 
egg for the dough and cream - 6 pieces 
wheat flour - 300 g 
sugar for the dough - 300 g and cream - 400 g 
bitter almond - 10 pieces 
butter for the dough - 30 g cream - 500 g and for the glaze - 50-100 g 
vanilla 
baking powder to the test 
cocoa powder - 60-80 g 
milk - 2-3 tbsp. spoon 
Vodka - 1 tbsp. spoon 
Coffee - 1 tbsp. spoon 
Chocolate - 100-120 g 


Preparation: 
Whip eggs with sugar until the mass of fluffy, adding at the end mixed with baking flour, vanilla, chopped almonds, all thoroughly. 
In an oiled baking cakes 6.8. Cooled cakes interlay cream. Obrovnyayte edge of cake and pour it on top with glaze. 
To dilute the cream with milk chocolate, warm, stirring constantly, until thick or melt the grated chocolate on a coarse grater (100-150 g). Whip eggs and sugar in a magnificent mass. Butter pound, connect with the eggs, add vanilla, vodka, coffee, cold chocolate or cocoa, all mix well. 
To glaze, warm the chocolate and butter in a water bath or place for a few minutes in a slightly warmed oven, grind, immediately pour over the cake and smoothed with a knife.
