Plums in Pastry

Products for plums in pastry: 1 cup flour, 0.5 cups milk, 1 egg, 20 - 25 large plums, 2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts or almonds 6 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar. 

To prepare the plums in pastry in Prunes make a small incision, remove the bones, and instead attach nuts. Mix the milk with the egg, add flour and zamecite stiff dough as for pancakes. Plums dip in the dough and fry. Sauteed plums in pastry remove skimmer, put on a plate and sprinkle with vanilla sugar
