Chicken salad with prunes


Products for : 200 g chicken meat, 200 g pitted prunes, 6 eggs, 3 - 4 fresh cucumbers, 50 g shelled walnuts, 250 g of mayonnaise, dill and salt.
Preparation: To prepare the chicken salad with prunes boil, cool and cut into strips. Chicken salad boils in salted boiling water for 25 minutes, cool and finely chop. Egg salad cook hard-boiled, separate whites from yolks. Proteins are chopped. Cucumber salad Peel and cut into strips. Nuts for the salad cut. At the bottom lay the cucumber salad, pour a little mayonnaise. Place layers of chopped chicken, prunes, egg whites, nuts, each time smearing mayonnaise. Pour on top a salad with mayonnaise, garnish worn on the grate yolks and herbs.
